Doug Wead never actually built an amway business the same as most distributors that is why he is always so vague about his journey to Diamond. Dexter Yager actually built it for him so he would have more clout with his motivational speeches in his group. If that answer by Doug Wead really was Doug Wead it shows his incredible lack of understanding of recurring income and the? power of duplication in NM.

there have been so many of these pathetic little “just like amway only better businesses” whos only product is some wonder jiuce and a supposedly better compensation plan. They are a nuisance, forever products is another one that comes to mind. Doug Wead is saying good things as he got paid big bucks to say so. I would rather listen to people who? actually built the patricular bsuiness themselves

@greenpathro I happened upon this video and wanted to share that I joined Xango a month ago and one of the people I spoke to directly was Doug Wead. He is indeed one of our top earners in Xango……thought you might want to know that. The company is about promoting network marketing and a viable business and the product has science behind it so no crap or bling? bling just facts.

My mother in law loves Xango. Now Lennon Ledbetter, Amway Crown Ambassador, with the second largest Amway income in the world, has come over to Xango.? So how do you explain that? Doug Wead was just the begining. Xango pays their people more for the same amount of work. With John Godzich, Doug Wead and Lennon Ledbetter we have the only piece that we were missing – system building.

I don’t think the ONLY reason is because of what they would pay him. Amway is expensive too, but what sets XANGO? apart from the others is the products are NOT pie in the sky promises. I’m just beginning to use it and I know how much it’s already helping me! If this is the pie, I want some more.

Actually, Amway is the one who offered Doug? a Million Dollars to stay and speak for them and he turned it down to joing Xango….Free by the way. Xango did not pay him to join and he is a distributor on the bottom level just like the rest of us

The ONLY reason this guy? joined is because he saw the HUGE bucks they were willing ti pay him. Amway is in it’s twillight and Xango is new and creative while making Billions off the backs of those who can’t afford to buy it but do because of pie in the sky promises. It’s the perfect pyramid why wouldn’t Mr wead join it?

Why didn’t he go to double? Because they made all their money off tapes and functions anyway. Why go double? XanGo rocks. Doug figured that out? and had the guts to make a move.

@girraboyzz You are right. If you get noticed they will make you. I was in Dex’s group back in the early 90′s. Made my diamond laugh and he took me aside. I went from zero till I was allowed to hold my own mic “couple of months”, I? guess this was the test, Next thing I knew I had this big network and sitting on the island. I showed the plan myself about 24 times, I got 4 people in, yet they did not last, yet my group grew wider and wider. I finally woke up and walked away.
